Whenever a couple has CONSISTENT MARITAL HAPPINESS, the simple reason is that THEIR EXPECTATIONS ARE BEING MET! Whenever there is an unhappy marriage, the reverse is true, and expectations are not being fulfilled, and most often it is due to unexpressed expectations. Within a happy marriage, both SPOUSES DAILY OR AT A MINIMUM REGULARLY REQUEST EXPECTATIONS because they know that is essential for a strong emotional connection and a satisfying relationship!
